At Dirt Locos, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

• Returns are not accepted for worn, washed, or damaged items.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size or color changes, based on inventory availability.

• If the item you want is sold out, we can issue store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Gift cards

• Customized or limited-edition items (when specified)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

• If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
